General conditions and legal information

1. Status and purpose of the site

This site, accessible at [Site URL], aims to present the Yumé project, a future French house dedicated to Japanese matcha. This site is neither an online store nor a commercial activity within the meaning of the Consumer Code. It is a pre-launch site created to introduce the project and allow relatives, supporters, and first clients to participate in its development by making a fixed contribution in advance, giving rise to the sending of a symbolic reward.

2. Nature of the project

Yumé is a business project in its formation phase, led by Eva Simons, founder of the concept. The company is not yet registered with the Trade and Companies Register as of the publication date of the site. Registration and legal structuring steps will be finalized during 2026. The information, visuals, and amounts presented on the site are therefore temporary and informative, without definitive contractual value.

3. Products and transparency

The matcha presented on the site corresponds to a reward offered in thanks for the contributions made. It is an original Japanese green tea, grown and ground in Japan, in compliance with quality standards specific to ceremonial matcha. The matcha is not a processed product, and its 100% Japanese origin is guaranteed. The packaging currently used is transitional, for testing and presentation purposes, before the definitive packaging is implemented after company registration.

4. Contributions and rewards

Contributions made via PayPal (or any other payment method indicated on the site) correspond to a fixed amount, in exchange for a material reward (matcha, box set, or pre-launch edition). They directly fund the development of the Yumé project: administrative steps, packaging design, first imports, and brand launch. Contributions are neither a free donation nor a classic commercial purchase, but a form of supportive pre-sale. No commercial invoice or tax receipt can be issued at this stage, as the company is not yet legally constituted. A contribution confirmation can be sent upon request by email.

5. Delivery and timelines

Shipments of rewards (matcha, tasting boxes, transitional editions) are ensured within an average of 21 business days from contribution confirmation. This timeline may exceptionally vary depending on availability or production schedule. Contributors will be informed by email of any updates regarding their shipment.

6. Cancellation or modification

Any contribution made on the site is firm and final. However, in a spirit of transparency and trust, Yumé commits to reviewing any exceptional refund request made within 14 days of the contribution, where possible.

7. Personal data protection

Collected data (name, email, postal address) is used exclusively to manage contributions and send rewards. They are neither shared nor resold to third parties. In accordance with GDPR, each person has the right to access, rectify, and delete their data by writing to: yume.premiummacha@gmail.com

8. Intellectual property

All elements present on the site (name, logo, texts, photographs, design, graphic charter) are the intellectual property of Eva Simons, founder of the Yumé project. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or exploitation is strictly prohibited.

9. Project evolution

The Yumé project is currently in development. This information and these conditions may change as the project structure evolves and the company setup is finalized, planned for 2026.
